Cacio e Pepe Italian Bistro is an eclectic bistro located in historic Uptowne Olds Alberta and serves high-quality cuisine prepared by an award-winning chef who utilizes countless local suppliers to create fresh inspiring dishes. Chef David has competed on the world stage winning gold and silver medals representing Culinary Team Canada and Culinary Team Alberta. He is skilled in countless cuisines, not only Italian. Cacio e Pepe is the choice for discerning couples who want their guests to be wowed and to talk about their wedding dinner for years. Chef David can work with budgets provided by the couples and after consulting with the couples in a one-on-one meeting, can develop menus with various options. Once the couple makes their choices a tasting is provided.
